Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another shipping notification when your order has shipped that will have tracking details for your package.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free US domestic shipping via USPS Priority Mail and First Class shipping options. Tracking for your order is included and will be sent once your order is processed with our fulfillment team.
First Class USPS Packages - Ships in 2 to 5 business days depending on your location
Priority Mails USPS Packages - Ships in 1 to 3 business days depending on your location.
Local delivery & In-Store Pickup
Vintage Streetwear does not offer local delivery or in-store pickup at this time.
We offer international shipping via DHL Express Delivery and is calculated at checkout through carrier-reflected pricing. Delivery times for DHL Express can vary from 6 to 14 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees; shipping time can vary depending on factors such as weather, possible customs delays, and whether the delivery address is in a city or a remote area.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vintage Streetwear is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All sales are final on Mystery Box items, clearance items and gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number for us to process your request.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Our products are original vintage, and therefore not new and most likely worn. We make every effort to document notable wear and are transparent with all of our items' condition at point of sale. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, was grossly misdescribed (wrong measurements, unmentioned flaws, etc.) or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We currently do not accept exchanges at this time.
For refunds, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days.We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. All items returned for a refund will have a 15% restocking fee applied to the refunded amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund Mystery Box items, clearance items or gift cards.
